北京211院校MBA复试经历分享（含英语口语）

　　初试：3个月MBA复习经验 已成功收到录取通知书

　　复试：

　　1月考完了，我彻底的放松了，心想过不过就这一次了，对于上班的我来说无疑是一种负担。过完年，我一直在玩，直到出国家线。11年的国家线比10年又低了几分，这说明题目是一年比一年难。我所考的学校，复试估计是全北京最晚的一个了，都4月中旬了才复试，而且今年正好赶上复试的科目改革。
　　关于复试，我没怎么准备，很多人说是走个过场。但是临近复试我还是小紧张了一番。老天爷对我挺好的，复试前两天我才知道要买指定政治教材，我买的时候还剩三本，后来考试的时候发现有的同学没有买到，题目也没做完。关于小组讨论，我们在考完政治的时候，号码相似的同学都留了下来，为第二天做准备。我们提前确定好leader和游戏规则，组面的时候没有出什么偏差，每个人都大概发言了4次，衔接的比较好，还能互相补充。英语口语我们也是组面，每个人被问一个问题，每个人都不一样，回答完以后一起出考场。我还是很幸运，问我的问题我准备了，问其他人的我还真不知道怎么回答。直到4月20号，得到预录取的通知，这一系列的流程终于结束了，我也松了一口气。功夫不负有心人吧，我总算是考上了，也希望我这个小总结能帮到大家。

　　About family:

　　There are 3 people in my family. My father was an account in a state-owned company. My mother was a warehouse keeper in a market. I am the only child in my family. My father chose my major when I graduated form high school, though I really don’t know what is accounting. So I think he
know me better than myself. During the 4 years’ study, I grew to like the major. Many people may think I must be dull,because my major is accounting, in fact, I'm scrupulous but also has a very sharp mind.

　　About interesting:

　　I like traveling. After graduation, I take some time on traveling every year. I prefer to see some natural scenery, such as famous mountains, great rivers, and so on. In the nature, I feel comfortable and relaxation. I went to world Expo last year to support Chinese pavilion. It is also amazing. Besides, I go to the Fitness Centre every week. (Latin dance, body building exercise) I also like American TV, it is very interesting, such as friends, Desperate Housewives, Ugly Betty, Supernatural, lost, Prison Break.

　　What is your greatest strength?

　　I have a cool head and a very sharp mind. And I am good at thinking .I am also a good teem player. I like to set some high goals for myself. I will feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I'd planned.

　　What is your greatest weakness?

　　My weakness is I get bored by routine sometimes and I hope everything to be done very quickly. I am a little Quick-tempered. But I am tried to overcome them.

　　Why are you choose XXX University （这个题目就是我被问到的题目）

　　In my work, I found the communication skills and management is very important, and I also believe that one can easily leg behind unless he keeps on studying. So I choose MBA. I need to continue my education by pursuing a master degree of business administration. The Economics and Management School of XX University has been arranging the MBA program since xx and was authorized by State Education Committee of the degree-awarding power in xx. In xx it began to recruit MBA students.
　　Through xx years of development, the Economics and Management School have reached a suitable height in either brand or quality. And the business world granted full recognition to the MBA graduate of the University. So I choose here and hope to be choosed too. I am sure that with my 4 years working experience and my creativity intelligence and diligence, I can be a worthy student for yours.

　　Self-Introduction:

　　My name is XX .I’m 25 years old. I enrolled as a student in XX University in 2003 majoring in Accounting. I studied there for four years and got the Bachelor's degree in 2007. After graduation, I became an accountant in XXCo.Ltd. This company mainly focuses on vaccin research such as Hepatitis B Vaccine, H1N1 and so on, which the main shareholder is XXCo. Ltd.. The following 2.5 years working experience offered me a good chance to give full play to my creativity intelligence and diligence. But I am desirous of getting more experience in other industry, so I came to XXCo. ltd. in 2010. My department is Powdered Milk BU. Now, my major responsibility is Cost Management for 7 sales territories .My department is quite new, so I also take charge of financial training, establishing rules, report forms, account tables and so on. After 1 year’s hard work, my department became better and better and won the praise of the president of the company. My capability also has been promoted very quickly. In order to satisfy my works, I need to endeavor in many directions to improve my leadership and communication skills .This could be achieved by taking a MBA course.
